Marvel is not a charity, they're not here to lose money, they're here to be very profitable and they're doing it very well. And by the way I'm tired to see the same faces so often in the movies so that's fantastic to see Marvel choosing less famous actors : it allows them to be be more famous while Marvel is more profitable, that's a perfect combination.
