Purple Minion
This is just ridiculous. I checked all Cinepolis and Cinemex in my home town (average medium size, lower Top 20 market), and 95% of all screens are devoted to Endgame on the 26th. That's 176 shows, one every 8 minutes. I'm actually scared of doing any calculations based on this! 1 1

Are you afraid of the calculations because EG 3-day over CM might be the floor? 😛

Carlangonz
Midnights > OD for Black Panther, Wonder Woman and Deadpool 2. Thor: Ragnarok (?) Opening Day > Justice League OW. Venom (?), Iron Man 3 (?!). Opening Weekend > Lifetime Gross of Spider-Man: Homecoming and Suicide Squad. Avatar (?!). Staying on ground for midnights and opening day; both have more potential but I rather to underestimate than overestimate. As for opening weekend not sure how high can go because of Sunday. 2 1

Purple Minion
Based on the samples from 5 markets (Cinepolis & Cinemex shows x average of occupied seats x average ticket price), these are my totally unscientific, just for fun predictions for Endgame. OD: 198.4M lc (low end); 208.8M lc (median); 224.5M lc (high end) OW, using IW's multiplier: 533.7M lc (low end); 561.7M lc (median); 603.9M (high end) OW, frontloaded: 496.0M lc (low end); 522.0M lc (median); 561.25M (high end) ER is 18.8 at the moment, which would result in these ranges: $10.5-$11.9M OD / $26.4-$32.1M OW. As comparison, IW opened to 171.8M/462.9M lc, 8.1M tickets sold. 5 2

Carlangonz
Entire schedule has showed up for Perisur, they've booked 61 shows for opening day including IMAX, 4DX and VIP and that's not including the midnights and 4:00 AM shows. They also have nearly sold-out the midnight show for Saturday on their 4DX auditorium. 1
Carlangonz
With CM opening to $245M and now Endgame potentially opening with $550M+ I wonder if it's time to see a new $300M+ opener -first time for a non-Marvel title-, summer is going to be exciting! Purple Minion
I think the 3-day OW record outside SH movies is Minions with 249.5M lc (4-day went up to 306.6M lc) So yes, there's a chance Endgame will double that. Feels like by releasing on Friday we're missing half of the Endgame box office fun! Edited April 24, 2019 by Purple Minion
