I'm guessing the budget for each of them is gonna be 2x the budget for the original films'. filmlover Posted March 28 Share Posted March 28 Given that the studios behind the original movies (WB and Lionsgate, respectively) had no problem letting them go and how long it's already been since those movies came out (8 years and 6 years), it seems pretty obvious streaming was the only way The Accountant 2 and A Simple Favor 2 were ever getting made when the diminishing returns were written all over the wall.
