Saw this over Labor Day weekend and found it to be an enjoyable, if unmemorable, time waster. These movies get points for being consistent in terms of quality, though this one is less convoluted and silly than the previous sequel was.

 

But the whole thing is held together by Denzel, once again the peaceful badass taking out goons in calmly brutal fashion (the reunion between him and now grown up Dakota Fanning almost 20 years later is also delightful, making the superfluous CIA subplot not nearly as much of a drag as it could've been otherwise). It's crazy that he's almost 70. Forever a certified star with a capital S.
