Wow. Just as I thought with medicore audience scores it still has enough fans to generate more hype and have good holds. I'm normally pretty into horror movies going bonkers in the third act but I feel like this one I kind of agree with a lot of people that it had a great first two acts but fell apart in the end. I still liked it, but it could have been an absolute classic had it stuck the landing. Regardless, I'm very happy for Neon and it seems the horror genre still hasn't come out of its renaissance period .

I must admit it is a very well made directed movie, but narrative wise it is never coming close to Hereditary.

Seeing this again on Monday. I can’t wait to look closer this time, apparently there are 15 shots of the devil hidden in the film and I think first time round I only caught 3 or 4.
