Rsyu
To get a measure of how big edge of tomorrow's opening week is, it will pass oblivion's total in both gross and admissions today, it's 4th day of release.

Rsyu
Yeahh. Where the hell did that come from??No one saw that comming im sure Sci-fi and Tom Cruz is pretty popular in Korea. Maybe oblivion would have done better last year if it hadn't opened two weeks before Iron man 3 and had a better release date. It's a weak connection but the time loop thing seems to be a pretty popular plot tool considering about time, which uses time loops too, also broke out huge in Korea. Edge of tomorrow is on pace to beat MI4's OW which went on to do 7,575,899 admissions

Rsyu
Well..... Holidays certainly helped. Good point. But even with the holiday help it was way higher than expectations. I mean, it's Friday number was higher than any movie during the golden week and a lot of highly anticipated movies was released around that time too. Dubbed versions though outside of animations is extremely unpopular here so it's never attempted outside of TV reruns. 2m admissions will likely fall by sunday.
