Rsyu
I thought it would be bigger Tomorrow would be a substantial increase in Yup it should rebound nicely over Saturday and Sunday, definitely feels more like a weekend film. 1.2-1.3 million admissions for the 3 day weekend is still in play. I don't think the reception is anything special though so legs remain to be seen.

Rsyu
"Rsyu" as is the tendency for JW for on Saturday at the moment ? after a small increase on Friday I think it should see a healthy increase today, I'd be pretty surprised with anything lower than 480K admissions which is a jump of around 55% I believe. That's around the normal range I'm expecting but there's also the real possibility that it plays big among families in which case, weekends will be the time it does the most business. In the latter scenario it could jump up to 100% or higher.

Rsyu
Ant-Man has only 2403 likes Terminator Genisys has 25,269... Ant-man got a lot of clicks today because of the new poster that was unveiled. Most searched is basically the "hottest issue" of that particular period in time.
Rsyu
I haven't seen any media reports that Jurassic World passed 1 million admissions today, which would have happened should it have gathered more than 413K admissions. Either the bump is really small (which I can't quite fathom) or it passed it really late in the day. Edited June 13, 2015 by Rsyu

Rsyu
Two questions: How many tickets sold JP3? What's the biggest Korean Movie this Summer? No solid data for JP3 apart from Seoul which were 518,684 admissions. National numbers are around 2.5-3.5 times bigger than Seoul on average. I expect the biggest Korean film this summer to be Assasination (암살) which will open sometime in July. Edited June 13, 2015 by Rsyu

Rsyu
1.85m in 4 days. 6-7mio adm? Unless it holds very well during weekdays I think 4.5-5.5 million admissions is where it's headed. Possibly something like this for the upcoming week (in admissions): Mon-180K Tue-170K Wed-170K Thu-110K Fri-170K Sat-350K Sun-320K which puts it at around 3-3.5 million by the end of next week. The week after that, if it holds well, should put it at 4-4.5 million adm. Good holds after that would require very good word of mouth which I'm not sure Jurassic world has to be honest. Good holds up to week 3 isn't a given either.
