druv10
China should keep this for longer periods I think. How can they pass up more earnings from this? 28% drop! Same thing happened to LOP, they just need more theaters and screens but amazing performance continues for PR. 115M and outside shot at IM3 if it can survive loss of screens. I was saying if this could do $100M this weekend, why not $120M and beyond...Keep it for 3 more weekends.
druv10
I was saying if this could do $100M this weekend, why not $120M and beyond...Keep it for 3 more weekends. Unfortunately, first Hollywood movies only play for 30 days and second, MU and JP3D are coming so PR's going to lose screens. Question is how many can it retain and push towards IM3's total. alee7915
Sunday early: 1. Pacific Rim ---- 21M ---- 641M 2. Unbeatable ---- 16.5M ---- 55M 3. One Night Surprise ---- 10.5M ---- 141M 4. Tiny Times 2.0 ---- 8.4M ---- 273M 5. The Palace ---- 3.6M ---- 46M 6. Fast Six ---- 1.9M ---- 408M Weekly Chart (8.12~8.18): 1. Pacific Rim ---- 150M ---- -28.5% ---- 641M 2. Tiny Times 2.0 ---- 107M ---- -35.1% ---- 273M 3. One Night Surprise ---- 95.6M ---- +112% ---- 141M 4. Unbeatable---- 55M ---- NEW ---- 55M 5. The Palace ---- 46M ---- NEW ---- 46M 6. Nightmare ---- 1.85M ---- NEW ---- 1.85M Top 2 holdovers all enjoyed soft drops thanks to Qixi boost. ONS benefited the most and increased. Top 6~9 would have dropped steeper if not for Qixi. Weekly 33 totaled estimated 496M, slightly down from previous week's 528M. Almost three straight weeks over 500M. The Palace is a disaster. Solid opening for Unbeatable (though I dont like HK productions). Oh my mama, Tiny Times 2's peak position is 2.
