19:00 2D: 252/384 (+20 tickets)

19:15 2D VOSE: 330/384 (+13 tickets)

19:30 2D: 150/212 (+6 tickets)

19:45 2D VOSE: 92/199 (NEW)

20:00 2D VOSE: 272/330 (+7 tickets)

20:15 2D: 61/199 (NEW)

I learned for myself that I learn the most if watching a movie in the original version with subtitles in the same language, means if I watch in English than also subtitles in Engish. Otherwise I only stare at the subtitles and miss the movie.

But it is interesting, I wrote a post in the German thread, in the big cinema we will drive to to watch it, a lot of OV (original version) seats got offered and booked for the previews. I did a count thing for the previews if interested.

I think I have never seen such a high amount of OV for any movie before.

Might be interesting to ask at the A EG OS thread if that's a thing in other countries as well

In Spain you don't see films in OV with original subs, it's always with Spanish subtitles. My cinema has 20 screens (10 of them are for Original Version) and it's always those OV shows with more tickets sold for films like Avengers or Shazam! I saw Dumbo two Wednesdays ago in VOSE and it was full

What are your predictions on The Curse Of La Llorona? The film is released on Thursday 18th because of Easter and Madrid is full of ads for the film (similar to The Nun promotion last year)

 

The Conjuring Universe OW in Spain:

The Nun: 2.91M€

The Conjuring 2: 1.55M€

The Conjuring: 1.27M€

Annabelle: Creation: 1.15M€

Annabelle: 1.14M€

 

I guess La Llorona will do 1.1M (3-day), 1.4M (4-day)

Yes! They post new release dates and theater count of new releases every Thursday / Friday. I can post the theater count every week too to have a better perspective of box office numbers and predictions

I think both informations can be interesting, the earlier ones for involved actors/actresses and the director, the exact trelease date, and obviously the theater counts to give a feel for the possible size of release / BO chances

 

 

They added a row of titles that show rather big posters, I think those might be a bit too big for all of them, but they include links to trailers at YT:
