An improvement as far as fight choreography, effects and female characters go.  Some of the acting and dialogue was a bit hokey (Del Toro seems to be a bit awkward when it comes to the English dialogue), and the scene with Skud explaining what EDTA was to Blade was forced and nonsensical when you consider that Blade already knew what it was and used it to kill Deacon in the previous film.  The reapers were cool and Ron Perlman was an entertaining side character, though I wish the rest of the Blood pack were a bit more interesting.

Hmmm when you break it down the script and everything else was pretty bad much like Blade 3 ... but then you have Del Toro to pull it off
