In the post-apocalyptic cyberpunk territory of Paraiso, human men, women and children are being juggled into a war with the Juggernauts. These were one of the first races of aliens that ever existed, having been trapped in the Dark Zone of the universe for many centuries by the Elder Ones for being overly dangerous to other societies due to their violent and brash nature, as they believed that, being one of the 1st races to exist, they deserved the worshipping of the other, younger civilizations. The Juggernauts managed to mysteriously escape the Dark Zone and wage war against all living kinds, taking Earth as hostage. Subsequently, an intergalactic warfare ensues, and the humans are not prepared for this kind of combat, despite having stronger technology than they used to have decades prior. Any human who is being forced into registration on the military operations against these space terrorists - alas, everybody - has no hope of coming back home. Thus, a small group of individuals, w/distinct personalities but the same objective, is forced into a position where they have to rise up and rally billions of humans all over the world to repel the Juggernauts off the face of the Earth, no matter how small the odds may be.
