    Maybe but its definitely a very sudden change, not even leaving it open for the MCU to just have their own venom (maybe Gargan?) if like Hardy was no longer available. Well at least we know it's not what they're doing in Spider-Man 4

    So did Sony just...fully abandon the very public desire they had to do some form of Venom vs Spider-Man? This is the last movie, the symbiote in the MCU that existed is captured (slash was never in the MCU at all?). I don't mind it since itd always be something that Sony wanted and Marvel didn't really seem to want to, but the fact that they just seem to have suddenly stopped is weird.

    I have a feeling the fake leaks hes referring to are the ones that claimed that the movie is "anti-white/Trump" and only the minority characters do things (including allegedly sidelining Moon Knight because he's white...who's actor is not white). It's clearly garbage. Speaking of Moon Knight though, the writer of the reshot scenes is from the Moon Knight crew...if the series his character is planned to appear in is a second season of Moon Knight, Esposito might be Bushman.

    It is worth noting they seem to be making an effort to show much less of the actual movie than previous ones. I get the impression a lot of what they've shown is mostly from the early part, kinda like Endgames trailers.

    Twisters does have that old time disaster movie vibe to it, if it didn't have the very dumb "let's use drones to fight tornadoes" thing

    If it's not with Deadpool it'll be at SDCC. Which is literally the same weekend. Though Black Panther had one in June with the NBA finals, so there's a chance there.

    All of them are. They don't have swearing for obvious reasons and there's no gore.

    Atlanta Filming said in the comments of his old post that someone had guessed the name of who he heard it was, and the only name that isn't just Count Nefaria or Doom or whatever that's actually fit is an obscure Marvel mercenary named Paladin. He's fought Cap before but he's more associated with Daredevil, so if he's involved in Born Again or Spidey 4 that would explain why Esposito said he's recurring

    Yes, but those didn't happen on this. The reshoots currently happening are the only ones that have taken place.

    Nope. The article itself says that this is the only round of reshoots they had. The "they rehot the whole movie" stuff was never, ever true, just like I've always said.

    If you think adding in additional characters is a sign the movie is doomed I have bad news for you about what the Deadpool reshoots were likely for.

    All the endless talk here of months of reshoots, of the entire movie being scrapped and redone, people saying "why are they showing footage at Cinemacon since they're obviously cutting it all", and the actual amount of resboots is: Three weeks.     Photo of Espositos stunt double, minus the jacket, guns, and axe I gotta say Esposito as some kind of mercenary is way more fun than just him being another kind of Gus archetype like him as Norman Osborn would be.
