Very plausible, though technically Disney never officially changed the name the way they changed Infinity War Part 2 to Untitled Avengers 4 for instance. -
I think realistic SDCC/D23 expectations are for them to cover stuff between now and up to Avengers 5, but not past that.

If they're filming next year and hiring Levy they absolutely are gonna have some news. Maybe a slate reveal up till Avengers 5. They have a ton of stuff shot now.

That's a story that has the Avengers as secondary characters, which is very different than "Cap 4 should end with Sam assembling a new Avengers team for the final battle" where they basically introduce them in a non-Avengers movie.

There is no way they were gonna do a "small" Avengers film after Endgame and definitely not so soon. That was never happening. Why does everyone need there to be a full Avengers team before the next Avengers movie comes out? What's gained by cramming in the origin of a new team into like Shang-Chi 2

At the end of May Also apparently the Russos will get credits on this, though my assumption is it's because of their work on the last two Cap movies, like how Kinberg is gonna be credited on Deadpool 3 or Favreau on the Avengers films
