He's got a mini-studio so he can make a russian language version with his voice over original track in a day or two. So people dont have to wait long.

All movies in wide release are dubbed here. Many limited releases could be with subtitles but that means usually less than ten copies. Voiceovers with russian or ukrainian language over original words are usually used on TV. It's much cheaper than make a full dubbed version.

Terrific numbers but still don`t get excited too much. Holidays in many countries in Europe obviously hepled a lot.

Russia, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Philippines.

It's not that bad actually. Hotel Transylvania with 14.5 mln RUB grossed 188.5 mln RUB for the weekend ($6.12m). And Ralph grossed 18.4 mln RUB on Thursday. Even with much lower multiplyer around $6mln 4day and$8mln 5day is quite possible.And Skyfall will pass Quantum of Solace total after 11 or 12 days. In RUB of course.

Don't forget it's a holiday weekend. Sunday is a national holiday so people will not work on Monday. Plus school holidays for the whole week. Kinometro even predicts week-to-week increase for Asterix and Obelix 4. Not so sure about this, though.

In Russia Skyfall got 16+ rating. Actually this rating system started to work only a few months ago so we dont know exactly how much it could hurt box office grosses.

I cant see any reason why SkyFall should gross much more than Battleship, Prometheus or Wrath of Titans. It's just another Bond movie with another villain and another pretty girl. Been there, seen that. Even Madagascar and Ice Age with huge grosses declined in admissions. Any total number hign than 20m would be pretty good.

Asterix still can gross around 3mln for the weekend. It is supposed to play well with families. And next week wiill be school holidays + November 4th is also a National holiday. So for some films legs can be much better than usual.

Probably $7-8m is a reasonable prediction.
