rth, in case you see this, do you have numbers for the 2 special screenings of a Filipino film Starting Over Again? I read it was shown in screens at Fox Theatre in Redwood City, CA.
-
Go LEGO! Glad Frozen is still holding up well Both Endless Love and Winter's Tale (along with Vampire Academy and Monuments Men which opened here this week) are underperforming here in my country because a local romcom is dominating Anyway, I saw both EL and WT via press screenings and I like EL better, it's generic and all but it's more engaging at least than WT is which was a bore and just weird

Watched Starting Over Again and the theater was jampacked and tickets for night screenings were sold out as early as 4:30 PM, they had to cut showtimes for Endless Love and other movies to give more for SOA. It's definitely winning the weekend but by how much? Star Cinema reports it had P25M on its first day! Anyway, I think we won't see the numbers for SOA on BOM next week, it might take long like BFR

The original RoboCop was so famous here (may parody pa nga di ba na BoBoCop lol)so no surprise it did well than Lego Yeah BFR is the biggest January release of all time per reports and I think it is true. Really HUGE numbers for such an early release. Anyway, I was in the theater a while ago and long lines for Starting Over Again, will definitely win the box office against Endless Love, Winter's Tale,Monuments Men and Vampire Academy

While checking out the 2014 release schedule, I just found out of this movie's existence Opening on May 9 and has the likes of Lea Michelle, Martin Short, Kelsey Grammar in the voice cast. So there's at least one animated movie each month except August and December

Nakakaintindi ka pa ng tagalog? Yup, the one inside Mall of Asia is huge like almost everything in that mall lol
-
^ the backlash is just because of the Oscars, if it was not a frontrunner earlier then it would have not received that much backlash. It all started with the New York Critics surprise win
-
Finally opened here this week and watched it.I actually liked it a lot, of course not my bet for the Oscars but all those 4 acting nominations are deserving afterall.

Saw this last week and I agree this is really good! Imaginative and haunting! Watch out for the classroom scene, it was well executed! Chris Evans delivered a good performance as well
