  1. I'm talking about my predicts, I figured it'd get in (and I personally would say it's easily a comedy. Laughed more than I did in Spy)
  2. Hidden Content Hidden Content Hidden Content Hidden Content 4/5, Kingsman is a legit shocker in the cat. 23/30
  3. Hidden Content Hidden Content Hidden Content EDIT: 3/5, harder cat to predict 15/20
  4. Hidden Content Hidden Content Hidden Content Hidden Content 4/5, somehow I missed Compton. It slipped my radar 12/15
  5. 4/5 from my predicts in that cat too. I'm good with it because that was a gamble to predict. So 8/10 overall
  6. You're very welcome. I'm glad to save the the weekend. I'm just a humble hero who graciously appreciates praise for my masterwork, box-office smash.
  7. 1.Finding Dory 2.Hail, Caesar! 3.Deadpool 4.Zootopia 5.The BFG 6.The Jungle Book 7.Silence 8.The Girl on the Train 9.Passengers 10.Southside With You
  8. So... I'm not going to be a billion dollar franchise?
  9. I think it'll get the most noms, but Idk about sweeping them. It's a film everyone generally loves, but I haven't seen anyone really declare it their favorite in any regard except for Stallone (and maybe Jordan since Best Actor has no frontrunner since I think Leo is getting snubbed, sadly)
  10. I'm just predicting, and I used the available information here to help. I had to use a few assumptions though of what other users who didn't reveal their ballot would have put. I also preference to the more populist choices because they were more likely to get in. Here's what should definitely be in out of my predicts (like Id be personally shocked if they weren't)
  11. Yeah, the answer to all the controversy isn't to broaden every cat. BP makes sense, nothing else does. More than 5 nominees makes it a joke.
  12. Will I see Jane go get her gun? Will I see that film that must not be named? Or will people spare me and allow me to see the greatest threequel of all time, starring me??
  13. Just a note, this poll will end Sunday. I have a recital on Tuesday to go to, so I'll be seeing my movie on Monday to keep this going.
  14. Dirty Grandpa has a concept that could be funny on paper, but it ends up just being a film that tries so hard to offend you with cruel jokes about "outrageous things" that you just raise your eyebrows and go, "really." It has no believable basis, and you might expect it, but even The SpongeBob Movie is grounded better in reality than this "movie"? Can it even be called a movie? It honestly felt like a poor SNL sketch that just went on way to long. Sure, there's some funny parts, there's some parts that will make you laugh. But the jokes don't land enough to make it worth it, and the most (to all) of the jokes I wouldn't even call jokes because there's no thought in them. It's al your standard dick, poop, sex, fart, and drug/party jokes. Sure, those jokes can be done well, movies like This is The End proved it, but this is not the case. Highlight of the Movie? Efron, De Niro, and Plaza do the best they can with what they're given (plus, Plaza is hot.) Low point of the movie? Efron, De Niro, and Plaza wasted their time. Plus, that Plaza/De Niro sex scene mentally scars you, and you no longer look at Plaza as really hot, you just see her as that girl who had sex with De Niro and quickly want that image out of your memory. Other than those three characters, the rest are particularly annoying, and there's a few that the film just can't help but keep focusing on. Overall Within the movie there is a running joke about De Niro putting his thumb up Zac Efron's ass. That's exactly what this film ends up feeling like when you watch it. D-
