  1. Moderation Yeah, we're done with all this. If you really want to argue this stuff, take it to your PMs
  2. Well...yeah. A sports game is something you have to watch live, or else you miss the conversation. You can go to the movies any time you want.
  3. I mean Todd Phillips and his creative decisions was what helped propel Joker to a billion, so it's fair to believe as an executive he knows what he's doing. Plus this is a sequel to a popular movie, so that only makes it a safer bet, even if it goes a bit more abstract or unexpected.

  9. I'm still not sure why Indiana Jones 5 hasn't moved to Christmas tbh. It seems like the perfect fit for the big 4-quad holiday release and it makes the summer a little bit lighter, which I feel is kind of needed at this moment.
  10. That's literally my origin story. Thank you Pixar for shaping me into the man I am today!
  11. The difference between this and Minions is that Minions won't go on Disney+. Even in non-pandemic times, I think Disney's animated movies being home for free in a couple months (sometimes even less!) really makes a lot of families more likely to wait, since it'll cost less (especially since inflation is causing people to look over their entertainment budgets) and kids are used to seeing Disney movies at home whenever they want. Folks don't really associate Illumination with either Peacock or even Universal in the same way, so that film should be fine in the end.
  12. Yeah this movie is boned RIP Disney animated movies playing in theaters (December 1937-June 2022)
