Cool. Expectations change. And looking at the reviews, strong marketing muscle, and initial strong sales, my expectations changed. Maybe Delta isn’t the problem, but the collapse is still pretty weird IMO -

Nah, that shit's going dual release and Chapek will do anything to Papa Feige to make this happen. I know people don't like me saying this, but even ScarJo isn't persuading me otherwise. And if you don't like me saying all this, just know you're free to ignore me. -

So...are we now allowed to say Delta's finally impacting stuff? Free Guy's collapse from everybody here is inexplicable and I'm getting a lot of "my fall plans/The Delta Variant" memes on my timeline today. -

I really don't care for your attitude, but if people don't like me having All the Stars there, might as well shift it to something more on my brand. And if you don't like the fact that I'm ruining your entire forum experience because of my sigs, you're free to go somewhere else. If you go into "Account Settings", and you have a premium account, you can show sigs and create your own. Either way, this is straying off-topic. Please discuss the funny Ryan Reynolds movie. -

Respect Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report T-3 and Counting Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 20 103 2706 3.81% Comp 0.243x of Spiral Thu+Fri T-3 (906K) 0.204x of Cruella Thu+Fri T-3 (1.57M) 0.063x of Space Jam 2 Fri T-3 (824K) Just to clarify, yes I know Spiral and Space Jam 2 are weird comps, but Black-led movies overindex here in Philly and these are the two best options I have. Either way, those numbers sound about right even in normal times and don't seem to signal anything bad in terms of the overall weekend. -

Because Nielsen is also looking at individual viewers. Their tech includes stuff like People Meters that allow Nielsen boxes/technology to look at each viewer in a household. They do this for TV ratings so advertisers can see what demos (man, woman, kid, adult, etc.) is actually watching their stuff and what ads should be targeted towards them. So this means for Tomorrow War, if three people in one household watch that movie together, instead of 138 minutes viewed, that means 414 minutes were viewed, because three people watched it. So because 1984 dropped when families were all at home together for Christmas, the minutes soared exponentially. I hope that makes sense
