Second trailer really isn't doing the movie any favors. I'll still watch it sometime down the line after it leaves theaters, but that trailer really put me off the movie. -
Unless its an absolute stinker like all Cruise movies this will have legs.

Those movies aren't competition for this. Inferno, and The Accountant are the competition for this. That being said I think this should do 300m ww.

I think it'll do better than the first. That being said Paramount needs to not fuck up anymore, that ET trailer release was a big mistake. Hardly anyone was aware that it was even released.

Does anyone know if movie studio's ever release trailers for another studio's film. Basically what are the chances that paramount works out a deal to release the full trailer with a Fox release?

Bourne comes out two and a half months before. Doubt it has any affect on Reacher what so ever, and the first one made 3.6 times its budget, them more than break even numbers.

Where'd you hear that? Can't find anything on a title chance online. If true it makes sense. You have Patriots day coming out in limited release the week before trying to capitalize on the same crowd as American Sniper so you have to take away its thunder somehow. Plus the automatic tie in to past drug related movie American Gangster. Makes sense to throw American in there somewhere.
