It requires a great deal of self control not to watch everything related to Frozen II. I'd really like to watch it as spoiler-free as possible, but all these content is making it super hard. Can't wait! -
Battle of the Bastards was terrible storywise. Wisually a masterpiece but so was the fall of Kings Landing last week. Kings Landing saved seasons 5&6 apart from a few great moments elsewhere like Hardhome and the revelation about Hodor.

Central conflict maybe for you. But the majority of the viewers cares more for the war between the living. The NK was always a one dimensional villain and he got what he deserved. A one dimensional death scene.

Its record can stand fo 5 years or even 10. But eventually inflation will do the trick. In 10 years, ticket prices can be 20-30% higher, so we "only" need ~300M with current prices.

Females rate movies higher than males most of the time. I'd say Titanic is the perfect 4-quadrant movie. Next time we will reach the top 5, don't worry.

This "guys don't like Titanic as much" is a total bullshit. There is only a 0.4 difference in average score on imdb between males and females. There are way more divisive movies out there. I'm proud to have it as my #1 and I'm a 26 year old guy. There is so much more than the romance. There is no other movie where the first few seconds of the entire thing can make me cry. Also not many movies (especially not 3 hour long ones) I watched twice in a day.

Nah, Avengers will not make it. Guardians also dropped a lot, it was #71 last time. Guardians of the Galaxy - #71 -> #108 The Avengers - #68 -> #101 The Matrix - #16 -> #11 It wouldn't make sense otherwise.

I was the only one in 2016 who had Titanic as #1. Now it will be in the top 10 where it belongs.
