It'll need around 800M OS for 1B WW. Big drop in Europe where Skyfall was huge, so unless it makes 300M in China i doubt 1B will happen.

It's much worse to drop 100M from 300M than from 400M+. But i can see your point, it's still an ok performance, especially if you consider the money it makes OS.

There are many disappointing sequels in the last few years, Age of Ultron (-26.3%), Mockingjay 1 (-20.6%), TDKR (-16.1%), but this can be much worse.

So SPECTRE can drop 35% from Skyfall total? That's a lot, more than any of the recent blockbuster sequels. WWW?

I only disagree with CR, that's too high, QoS and Skyfall scores are good. Plus i don't think there is that much difference between the MI movies, all of them should be between 70-90.

Of course audience reaction matters, if a movie has good WOM that helps the box office. But i think CS is pretty useless unless it's very good (A+) or very bad (C or worse). If a franchise movie comes out the first people who go to the cinema are the fans, so the CS will be good unless the film is garbage.

30/80 seems reasonable. With 2.5-2.7x multi Spectre can reach 200-216M.

With MI5 multipier Friday will be 27M, but i think 30M is possible. 30M Sat, 20M Sun, 80M weekend.
