A 59% drop seems pretty bad for Frozen, even when we take into account Russia's pathetic standards.

900+ is virtually. locked. It's going to scrape another 6/7M domestically, 15 from Japan and likely almost 10 from the other markets. That's like 885M without Italy.

Don't worry about Italy, 20+ is almost locked. Shits like Madagascar and Despicable Me here make loads of money.
