  1. Maybe Trial of Arne Cheyenne Johnson. Demonic possession that lead to murder.
  2. Two straight movies I've seen and love. Think you're getting to mainstream, Tele. Forbidden Planet is a bonafide classic. Side point, first saw Robbie in an episode of Columbo.
  3. Found it. Going to bookmark it now, got to pretend to be working. My lunch hour is going to be wasted though.
  4. I have important work to do, so of course I'm slacking reading about movies. I've more skimmed them, though. Searched Baumer (didn't know another name to look for.) Saw a Paxton list and had to pull that up. Just actually finally writing down the list of movies to see. Also, any love I see for Twister, I welcome. And welcome a good horror list, even if I know our taste in Horror doesn't always align. And while I respect the artistry of Last House on the Left, I don't think I could ever watch it. The question now is, do I read more, or get back to real work.
  5. Anytime I can see Paxton get love, I'm happy. And it reminded me to add the Gates of Hell Trilogy to my watch list. I keep meaning to watch some of those Italian horror films.
  6. I'd have said 2 years ago that Ocean's isn't a big enough brand for people to care enough about a reboot of a reboot. But you know, Ghostbusters happened. And the collective internet shit itself. All I'm going to say is no one is crapping their collective pants over the remake of Magnificent 7, a remake or a remake. I wonder why.
  7. Going to be on the edge of my seat all day now. I welcome good movies to watch. Beats random Netflix movies. Well, not fair, seen some pretty good random movies on there that I'd never know about if it weren't just, sure why not.
  8. So far, between this list and Baumers, I have 35 movies I want to watch/rewatch. Now to just find them to watch.
  9. Seen Ruthless People too. Had that on VHS, I have very vivid memories of that cover. No love for Bill Pullman.
  10. It was the same actor from Mama. He's credited in the credits. Javier Botet. It's supposed to look weird and inhuman. But that was an actor doing that.
  11. Just got back from the movie. It was pretty good. Could have trimmed a bit, but I felt the climax was better than first movies. Audience ate it up, heard a few claps. Now excuse me while I try to go to bed with Demon Nun in my head.
  12. This is going to be another weekend where I'm just going to have to pretend to be busy so I don't read the weekend thread, isn't it?
  13. I'm only here to see how smart I feel if I know more than half of these, or watched more than a quarter. not feeling smart so far.
  14. If Disney released all movies, we'd only get 90% RT movies.
