  1. You know I got to say outside of Holmes and Watson, I’m excited for all the December events: Mary Poppins, Aquaman, Bumblebee, Spider Verse, The Mule, Mortal Engines and even Welcome To Marwen.
  2. How does it compare to the first Transformers? It’s a guilty pleasure of mine. Also how does it compare to Kubo since Travis Knight directed both.
  3. If you like them, you should just be happy they’re doing well, whether you like Marvel or not.
  4. It’s happening whether we like it or not.
  5. 1.) Lion King: $260M/$850M 2.) Endgame: $285M/$660M 3.) Episode IX: $190M/$600M 4.) Frozen 2: $140M/$460M 5.) Detective Pikachu: $125M/$380M 6.) Captain Marvel: $130M/$370M 7.) Joker: $110M/$350M 8.) Far From Home: $135M/$340M 9.) 3manji: $70M/$300M or Toy Story 4: $90M/$300M 10.) Pets 2: $95M/$285M It 2: $115M/$280M Shazam!: $90M/$240M Godzilla 2: $80M/$230M Aladdin: $85M/$110M/$230M Dumbo: $75M/$225M Hobbs and Shaw: $65M/$200M Glass: $65M/$185M Men In Black: International: $65M/$180M Dragon 3: $45M/$160M Sonic: $55M/$150M Dora: $50M/$150M
  6. Is it better than some other Lord/Miller work? (I know they only produced and Phil Lord wrote this though.)
  7. Animated CBMs tend to have higher presales than normal animated movies, and both Grinch and Ralph are still going strong. $30M is more likely than $60M. That said I can see anywhere from $30M-$50M OW.
  8. Spidey Verse seems likely for $30M-$40M, hoping near the latter.
  9. I think it's more or less fine where it is, but sandwiched between Dumbo and Endgame hurts it a bit though I don't expect Dumbo to be huge as Alice or Jungle Book and more likely around Cinderlla to Oz numbers. Will probably do around Venom domestic now. Although it's too late they can move it to November 1st as literally nothing big is there outside of Frozen.
  10. Damn, now I want to start writing my Clone High movie.
  11. @cayommagazine The band Smash Mouth also set to cameo in The Valkyries vs The Galaxy. David Bowers to direct Endless’ adaptation of Wayside. The film will be released sometime Y6 and is said to follow more closely to the books.
  12. After finals I’ll kick up writing as I’ve naturally been lagging focusing on my studies. I expect Gigantic or Squirrel Girl and Valkyries will be finished first.
  13. @cayommagazine Casting news for The Valkyries vs The Galaxy’s supporting cast members have surfaced as singers join the musical: Ariana Grande, Garth Brooks, Travis Scott, Tori Kelly, Brandon Urie (Panic At The Disco), Chou Tzu-yu and Chance The Rapper set to cameo or have supporting roles in the film. Also Jake T Austin has been spotted on set, rumors say it was to visit colleague Taissa Farmiga but he was looking at a mo-cap suit. Also apparently insiders say Endless isn’t giving up on the Bionicle franchise despite Takua’s Quest going belly up or Trials of the Toa flopping as a film was recently greenlit.
  14. Mine were alphabetical but I put the ranking on the side. Just double checking though.
  15. @Rorschach the nominations didn’t have to be in alphabetical order correct
