  1. What is a solid percent seats sold showing nowadays? I remember pre-pandemic sell out were pretty common but now I'm seeing theaters in my area with average percent seats sold around 15%-20% per showing. Is that pretty much the standard with anything over 50% great?
  2. No not at all. I enjoyed it. Solid 8/10. It is an M Night movie so it has its quirks but its one of his more solid films.
  3. Ugh that Knock at the Cabin is just depressing
  4. I don't think this is gonna hit $100M It will probably crawl to $96M-$97M with Ant-Man hitting it hard.
  5. Anybody notice how some scenes (looks like Eric going into and in a church) from the trailer aren't in the movie. I wonder if we will get the extended cut?
  6. That is a big drop. I wonder if KATC will drop big as well

  8. I feel like the talk around this film just died off. I think this will pull a Happy Death Day in terms of the sequel.

  10. I'm greedy but wish A2 would have just hit $1M 😝 Great numbers but kind of worried we are gonna see a big Wednesday fall. I do think 80 for Brady will play really well this week.
  11. I am seeing zero 3D showings in my area for March 9th.

  13. This👆 Unless its a movie event like A2, I dodge the 3D screenings even if it means seeing the movie Saturday afternoon rather than Thursday night.
  14. I will be doing Winnie-the-Pooh previews for my state tomorrow, next Monday, and Wednesday.
  15. I think it really boils down to the following from what I have seen on here, WOM on social media, and having seen the film. 1. Trailer #2 gave a lot away and there wasn't a really intriguing catch to pull in audiences. 2. It is pretty depressing film and January/February tends to be already kind of a dull time of year. 3. M. Night has run out of audience good will. 4. LGBT couple (I think this would have opened the same with a straight couple but I see discussions around the LGBT representation on social media)
  16. What software do y'all use to find the total tickets told/total seats available?
