  3. Finally resumed. Infinity War seems like will be 305mn range.
  4. @grim22 not in any other thread. Almost all of mt my activity between mid October to mid November is deleted. The posts i quoted are few posts which quoted my posts.
  5. @grim22 why are my old posts not visible? I made the account in late October but only posts since mid November are there, rest all deleted donno how?
  6. I think its soon for sequel. Let the demand build. Right now they should focus on prequels. I would have loved to see a may be trilogy focusing on Sirius, James and Lily with Snape than what we are having now.
  7. In 3 weekends we know, Jumanji has done $573k and $625k overall. Bad Boys for Life during same period has done $352k and $400k overall. Trolls, which has reportedly been topping has done $1.296mn in weekends and $1.63mn overall and it's total thus far is $3.06mn. Just taking the ratio, ever since Trolls released, Jumanji would have done $1.18mn and Bad Boys for Life $750k. Yeah, the two had roughly 3 weeks of run before Trolls released, but lemme remind you the last reported day, Jumanji did under $1k and Bad Boys did just $5k. So whatever Deadline has reported in cume is just some BS. I don't think Jumanji has crossed $1.35mn since theater closure, so total should be around $318.18mn.
  8. Avatar 2 in China would have been a good pick but then its Disney now. I think F9 will have hard time reaching F8, that leaves us with local films.
  9. SMH had 2.85x legs, FFH could have had 2.7x I guess. Taking full run as $400mn, where it was heading before Sony fiasco, that will be 148-150.
  10. S-M 3 will be non-Disney but then Ow of this trilogy are basically at Raimi trilogy weekends.
  11. Ohh it is. Infinity War FSS was no small number. It's just that Endgame is next level. IW FSS was $219mn which was $25mn or 13% bigger than TFA.
  12. Endgame isn't even in picture for any sane comparison. Infinity War is the comparison.
  13. Harry Potter 8 did only $125mn and that's sort of peak. It was at that time just 66% of The Avengers, 66% of Infinity War today will be 144mn approx, which will be roughly inflated adjusted.
  14. Since there is nothing really to do, so here's something. Was wondering that when can we see $200 million in pure FSS by a movie. Was going to go with non-Avengers but then I had another side to show, that I will tell, before that, have a look at the Top pure FSS weekend grossers in North America. So the point I was going to make was the fact that Spider-man 3 is still the best Hollywood has done so far in a pure FSS barring Jurassic World. There are 5 Disney films over $165mn in pure FSS with one going as high as $195mn so making it non-Disney just give it more rarity. In fact the second biggest non-Disney opening weekend, Harry Potter 8 barely make it over $125mn. If North America seems like not likely to be there, what do you think of China. The current pure FSS non-Avengers record is with Monster Hunt 2 $182mn, Fate of the Furious at $177mn (excluding Thursday and Ticket Booking Charges which China report in Gross officially) and Wandering Earth $169mn. So what say, which non-Disney film and whether in China or North America.
  15. @Arendelle Legion asked a version of it, I wonder, where will non-Disney film hit $200mn pure FSS first. China or North America. The current biggest non-Disney FSS is $190mn Jurassic World in NA & 2nd biggest is just $140mn (The Dark Knight iirc) while $173mn Furious 8 in China and 2nd biggest is Wandering Earth $170mn iirc. China I took without ticket booking charges gross.
  16. No major new release so box office is dud in UAE in 2nd week of re-opening.
