  1. What if its Saturday drop 40- 50% from Friday? The presale of Sat is around 1/2 of Fri and it has 3 days OW so Sat is supposed to be its biggest day?
  2. I see. So in normal condition, saturday will jump from friday or at least stay flat but MK presale for saturday is less than 1/2 of its friday. What is the normal drop for sunday?
  3. It is a direct continuation after season 1 but the events in this movie don't link to the events in season 1 at all. It is not the consequence of what happened in season 1. It happens at different location. Only need to know the character face, name, and role and some brief background.
  4. What if I say that people doesn't really need to watch the first season before going to see this movie? 😛 The movie is the direct continous of the first season, yes, but this arc is very separated from the first season. The events don't link to the first season too. Basically, people just need to read the summary of the characters to learn their face, name and role, and read the brief description of the content of this movie, and already can go to see it. I mean, there are already people who went to the cinema to see it and cried, then went home and started to search and watch season 1. 😂
  5. All the southest asian markets have at least 2x legs I think. What about KM ?
  6. Is DS movie and KM movie kind of movie which is not affected by the review score/points from the critics?
  7. Don't know if North America can pull a 2x legs for DS movie. Looking at all the markets where it has been already released, all have at least 2x legs ( Japan and Korea > 9x legs, Taiwan > 5x legs, Australia and New Zealand already around 2x legs without the dub version, the dub version will be released there too on this weekend).
  8. Sorry to ask again but you wrote $6.5-7M OD means Thursday night + Friday, right?
  9. People have different way of thinking. You think like that but from their point of view and standard, they don't think the same as you. And the opposite situation can happend when they look at your standard. Did you mean your standard is superior to those people's standard???
  10. I don't know if this is a right place to ask but what are the general legs for anime movie in North America? Can DS movie leg to $30M of Dragon Ball Super Broly?
  11. So........ will DS movie Saturday bigger than Friday like other normal movies? And the Thursday's night will be around $5M ??
  12. As long as its final gross is higher than 20, I think it is a win.
  13. I see...... so the total number of showings is higher than this one that turns out this one has high occupancy.
  14. Yeah. The legs for DS movie in Korea is really something. It denied the gravity for more than a month in its later run.
  15. Thursday is the only day it has IMAX before MK takes all of its IMAX starting from Fri.
  16. Demon Slayer movie Middle East countries release date: May 6
  17. You mean it got $20M in just 4 days weekend? That's really big number.... I think DS movie opening weekend maybe around $5M?
  18. A $10M final number is a big win. It seems DS movie only has IMAX on Thursday since all the IMAX goes to Mortal Kombat
