I trust myself and nobody decide about how I feel about film. I like it or not. It's simple, I can like bad movie or hate great one but that’s not the point. When it comes to substensive expertise assessment about quality of the movie and filmmaking behind it I take into the consideration opinion of experts in this case from one of the two most prestigious film festivals in the world. -

I'm sorry, with no offense but I would rather trust jury at Venice Film Festival rather than some internet anon with what makes and what is a great movie. -

Yeah, Todd is coming for that double Oscar nomination, haters on sucidal watch comes nomination day. 😂😂😂 -
I feel very good about picture, actor, adapted screenplay, score, makeup, cinematography. That's six. Plus two sound categeories and production design where it has good chance. We will see with editing tomorrow. And there is also, in my opinion, not that abstract posibility that Philips could be nominated for director. My god, can you imagine the meltdowns some people would have if Todd would get not one but two Oscar nominations?? It would be histerical on whole new biblical level. 😂😂😂

I'm very confident about Joker getting at least 7 Oscar nominations.

There is nothing intresting in this trailer, it's generic as it gets. If this generic looking prequel of dead character will make huge money (talking about 1 bilion) it will be the ultimate testament to power of MCU brand. -
I'm not taking away anything from Philips or anyone involved in the production but this movie was basically on man show, it was living or dying dependent on his performance. And I'm not sure about giant paycheck becouse WB had an option for sequel in the contract, but I'm not entirley confident what it exactly means.
-
Ech if this article is entirley true Phoenix should fire his agents immediately, in the movie which success was almost entirley driven by his performance (which was not hard to guess even before the movie was made given how large is characters present in the script) he will get paid 4,5 mln$ meanwhile Todd Philips will get more than 100 mln$, it's the level of many which JJ Abrams got for TFA and will get for TRoS. And on top of that WB has supposedly option for the sequel in contract which means that he has no choice and has to do the sequel and will be again severly underpaid. Lol
