    read that the chinese goverment revealed that 60k have died from covid since december, which many believe might be a understatement but nevertheless is a dramatic increase from last early december where the running total for the 3 years was 5k, was that increase in the number of deaths obvious to the chinese population? will the goverment revealing them make a significant impact on peoples willingness to go the movies during CNY or was that already baked in?

    my country will get its first imax screen in the first half of 2023 avatar 2 was the reason they wanted to open one but it took them too long would welcome a special edition a few months from now

    from deadline Last weekend’s saw 65% of its $45.8M take coming from premium formats. avatar might not survive antman, really hope they find a way to share premium screens with it (or atleast get most of them back after a week), theres still a month between antman and the next premium format release
