I don´t see the issue tho, it´s just marketing. Example: Marvel does it with every movie, they a take the strongest quote they find and puts it everywhere. DC have done it before with their previous movies aswell. It´s basically the standard in the industry don´t know why people are so caught up about it for this one. -

Vol 3 has "only" a 82% on RT by critics and that had amazing WOM. Hoping for The Flash to being in that range or even a biy higher. Fully expecting an A Cinemascore and great legs.

Aquaman is freaking amazing, don´t see how that being one of "DCEU best" is a negative. Wan killed it. 2018 was a freaking amazing year for CBM movies. Infinity War, Black Panther, Aquaman, Into-The Spider-Verse, Deadpool 2. If The Flash delivers the good then we will have similar year for 2023.

I don´t think she would have continued getting so many big roles if that´s the case. Her work in Dickinson is also stellar. But agree to disagree I guess. So the standard is Ronan, an actress that is probably going to go down as one of the greatest actress ever? Idk feels harsh, but each to their own. a

Maybe it´s just you... idk how an actress that have been nominated for an Academy Award, BAFTA and Golden Globe award goes under the distinction super forgettable or that she hasn´t broken out in a way. But that´s just me.

Not at all. It needs roughly around 370 domestic to get past or a bit over 500M OS. Very doable but not locked.

First thought: They are def wanting to be connected to the MCU with these Spider-Verse movies while also being there own thing. Glover as Prowler, naming Strange and Tom´s Spidey, the branches from Loki. Also the Multiverse lore seemingly felt like just a better in more depth version than then one MCU have introduced. Second thought: Man Gwen... really comes to her own in this movie. Loved it. Spider-Man India and Spider-Punk was awesome

The movie has 4,7 on Letterboxd atm. holy shit. That is the 4th biggest and those 3 ahead has the same score. Naturally the score will go down but insane anyways

Hugh Jackman, Deadpool joining the MCU etc rumors of camoes galore. Would be suprised if it´s not a signficant increase. Know if that´s enough for 200M is a whole other story. Don´t think Spidey 4 will do it, there´s only one way after NWH and it´s down. That said if Beyond The Spider-Verse stays as a 3-day weekend and does not move two days forward like Mario then honestly it could be that movie that does it.

Deadpool 3 could be the next 200M opener, the hype for that will be on a different level. But I think 200M+ days are over at lest for 5-10 years. MCU is coming down from the high and Avatar movies is all about legs. Mario 2 seems plausible
