It should have been locked. I mean the odds of them shitting out another BvS level turd of a film seemed really unlikely. Couldn't happen again right, especially sans Snyder? Yet here we are.

This will get like a 1.5x multi if that Sat drop is any indicator. That's how bad it is.

Holy shit, mid 30s is abysmal for today. Looks like audiences do in fact agree with the critics. I really think this could have been a turning point for DCEU and been massive, the OD for this kind of movie alone shows how willing the GA were to get behind this one. But they fucked up huge again. I just have no faith in this franchise anymore. If Wonder Woman sucks, put the final nail in the coffin and RIP.

This sucks. I always complain about my cursed 8-12 place range I'm usually stuck in during the games, but I'd gladly welcome that back this year. At least I think I've done OK (comparatively I mean) in the actual top 15 grosses. My only hope now. -

Beyond had one direct competitor to deal with and it hardly pulled some massive 100m+ OW or something. Competition wasn't even close to the problem. Nothing was making that film leggy. And summer was the only time I think it could have scored that opening. The hype for it was barley there to start with, trying moving it to any other season and the OW could have been disastrous.
