  1. GOOD FUCKING GRAVY I don't even want to see this one but that's impressive.
  2. Probably not, the only December 2012 family releases were Monsters Inc 3D and Parental Guidance. Though, BH6 dropped slightly less compared to Ralph's pre-Christmas weekend and is in far more theaters.

  4. It would be nice to have a non-sequel 2D-only original film at #1 So Interstellar? *no IMAX So... Neighbors? Lucy?
  5. This is going into Christmas week with about a thousand more theaters than Wreck-It Ralph had.
  6. In a Snow Crash style future, I'd probably go with Disney.
  7. This was the perfect kind of "see once in theaters with a crowd" type thing, I worry it will play flat as a rental, if Sony is forced to go that route.
  8. Great holds with college kids home. My nearest 15/70 is a dual format theater so it's showing Hobbit now.
  9. Yup, it's up to $340m in my CF comp now.
  10. comp updates: MJ1: $330-335m. Too close to call vs GOTG. Went up a lot with the last few days' data. BH6: $220m, was hovering around that but it's pretty much locked in at this point.
  11. Noooooo now it's under $220m going by WIR. Please go up with actuals.
  12. Home looks like a total trainwreck from top to bottom. No way it does much above $100m. At least there will be new Rihanna music with it.
  13. My CF comp gives $306 with that Wednesday number My WIR comp for BH6 gives $233 with a $5m Wed. BH6's week 3 pta is almost 50% higher than Ralph's in 10% more theaters.
