  4. Looks like RDJ and Chris Hemsworth got paid well on back-end deals with their respective MCU franchises.
  5. That's a great number for the Apes. I hope it can three-peat.
  6. IKR? He never ceases to amaze me. A rather fascinating man.
  7. Tele wasn't suggesting anything, that was actually what one of our members here feel about the movie iirc (can't remember who it was)
  8. I also thought it was powerful, but it's also very Bong-ish in its bizarreness. A very dark type of "humor". Like how in The Host where you really felt for the Dad, his sadness, his sorrow, but then, at the same time, it's also beyond pathetic and messed up that just made things ironic. I don't know about this one though, neither me nor my audience laughed at the scene. So different strokes for different folks I guess?

  10. Awesome. Looking forward to your reaction.
  11. I think for some (like us) who watches more movies than normal audience, we came to expect all kinds of endings, but for certain people, the ending has to be either happy or satisfying or resolved (for lack of a better word)Like my sister for example, I know for a fact that she hates open-ended ending. She's the type that wants a movie' ending that gives closure and justified the journey of the movie. It doesn't have to be all happy, everything is sunshines and rainbows end note, it just has to be complete if that makes sense.
