What do you think about the movie Rallax?

Well, it'll have to deal with WWZ, DM2, MU 2nd weekend, as well as Epic, which will be released on Monday next week. Then in its 2nd weekend, MOS will face TLR. It looks kinda tough to me, but I'm not sure, we have 3 animations, which will compete with each other. MOS direct competitions look to be WWZ and TLR, both of those are wildcards I think. Waiting for our BO god to weigh in, as well as our dear Aussie members here. Still, for MOS, I think 20M is a good target and it'll do that and more IMO.

Looks like I'll be out of Top 3 with SOTMs weigh in. Not so bad considering how so-so I did last week.

That doesn't look good for MOS from what I see. Both SG and MOS drop 70% on Monday, but for Tue, SG went up from Monday, while MOS drop. It's summer, I thought both would have hold better. Well, hopefully MOS is a weekend player. Olive, what weekend drop do you see for MOS? Less than 50% possible since it was a 4-day OW last week?

It's not a fair comparison I agree. But TS3 is definitely not a complete kid movies. It wouldn't get to 400M if it is.

Thats a pretty good hold for NYSM, 58% drop. This movie looks like it's doing its own thing and haven't been affected much by competitions.How's that drop for TITE? I don't remember its Sun number.

Sad that IM3 can't get to 40M. It's soooo close Well, it outperformed my expectations by a large margin, so I should be happy I guess Crossing fingers for Thor:TDW to do good business in Aus too

I think MOS will get to 100M. Assuming all of its current markets drop 50%, that's 35M+ . Then 30M from China. 65M+ right there. With Russia, France, Germany, Italy that should help majorly with the rest. -

I think MOS will take it, 50+ markets total against 40 markets for MU. Plus, China would add like a 30M advantage for MOS over MU already. -

That makes sense. The FD boost they receive is really good. Paramount should really consider it for Trek release date.

IM3 Monday drop in UK was just in line with US Monday drop. Maybe there'll be a parallel for MOS too.

Summer vacation will help its legs everywhere. Thats the point of summer releases in June and July.

I wonder what's the deal with the Trek movies on Father's Day. Both ST09 and STiD increases quite big on FD (15% and 20%) Maybe Paramount should consider Trek 3 to open on a Father's Day weekend.
