Cliched and unsubtle as hell, but actually fairly enjoyable.

Loved this  film Telemachos.. Give it 8.8 out of 10. Very enjoyable and Micheal Sheen and Bill Nighy talents and the cast shine brightly..I Just it would have had a longer flash back sequences showing how Luchen and Sonya came to fall in love and on the history of  how things were between the Vamps and werewolves..

 

 

Definitely showed the franchise can exist without the Selene character. Though it shines brightest with the love interests and heart of the franchise that is Seline and Micheal Corbin.

This is the only underworld movie I didn't see,  as I wasn't interested in Lucian's story (as it was prequel)

I remember liking this one more than the first two, but I need to rewatch

It is a masterpiece compared to its predecessors. The acting is good (I felt quite emotional when Sonja died), the characters were less one-dimensional, the script was way better and most important, the director did a good job. The effects were still bad, very cliche and a lot of cringeworthy moments. It's not a good movie by any means, but it's a huge improvement over the abomination called Underworld Evolution. C+ (55)
