Jay Beezy
Surprised this doesn't have a thread yet.Cast:Andy SambergAndre BraugherTerry CrewsJoe Lo TruglioMelissa FumeroStephanie BeatrizChelsea PerettiI wasn't expecting to love this show. But I do. Love the interactions between Samberg and Braugher. And Melissa Fumero might be my new favorite crush.Anyway, I'm surprised this isn't airing first after the Super Bowl considering the Golden Globe wins and the more male skewing audience. Empire
I am a big fan of B99. Such a hilarious show! So happy it won best sitcom and that Andy won best actor! The whole cast is so good that it is hard for me to pick a MVP of the show. However, if I had to, I would say Andy simply because he is the lead and he does get overshadowed by the rest of the cast.
Community Manager Water Bottle Posted January 13, 2014 Community Manager Share Posted January 13, 2014 I love this show but I wanted another comedy to win. Still, happy for Michael Schur!
mulder42
Yeah, I love this show. Much better than Dads. Braugher and Samberg are what make it work. Edited October 7, 2014 by mulder42
Jay Beezy
I love this show but I wanted another comedy to win. Still, happy for Michael Schur! To be honest, I've been getting tired of the Big Bang and Modern Family hype. Plus, I haven't felt Parks to be as strong as it was in the past. Hopefully the Globe wins boost Brooklyn's viewership and get it a second season.
Jay Beezy
Watched the preview for tonight's episode. Melissa Fumero's face here is priceless. Here's an interesting article about her: http://www.uproxx.com/tv/2014/01/making-case-brooklyn-nine-nines-melissa-fumero-internets-favorite-new-crush/ Edited January 14, 2014 by Jay Beezy

Jay Beezy
Damn. Sucks it's not getting better ratings after the Globes. Guess we can blame the craptastic Dads lead-in plus surrounding competition from NCIS and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. It needs a Super Bowl victory plus better ratings following New Girl in February. MovieGuyKyle17
I hope the ratings improve because this show deserves to get renewed
Jay Beezy
I ditched watching Agents to watch this. I always used to watch Agents while TIVOing Brooklyn as the half hour show would take up less space. I decided to stop watching Agents after finding out what happened to Coulson. This is just irritating. Edited January 15, 2014 by Jay Beezy
kjtocool
This show is good, I just feel like it's stuck in the mud wheels spinning. Each show is fun, but the overall arc leaves little to get invested in, and makes it really easy to miss weeks and simply detach from the show (where I'm currently at). RichWS
Funny episode last night (the ladder gag was the best). Show continues to find its footing, but I still feel a lot of the cutaways don't work.
