Fantastic total for Wolf of Wall Street in Australia.  And a great opening for Wolf Creek 2.  Really cool blog you have there jajang.

It 's always interesting looking at the relative performance of films in Australia and North America.  Wolf of Wall Street is going to out gross Gravity in Australia yet in NA Gravity will end up doubling WOWS.  Also, the R18+ rating here is tougher then the R rating in America.

WC2 was deemed disappointing see how it holds it stayed relatively flat thru weekend,MM release was largely done to help HomeEnt it wasn't expected to do much more that 100k at best lost of theatres only 1 some 2 sessions Sat/Sun will play again next weekend but probably not beyond that.

Bit of goodnews this week. The Railway Man has got a US release date. Not sure how it will go but let's hope it gets a good run. US release date - 11th April 2014. (Expecting about 200 theatre count but hoping for 400 to 600?)

Blog has been updated:

http://boxofficedownunder.blogspot.com.au/2014/03/weekend-results-27th-feb-to-2nd-march.html

With Weekend Results (last weekend - yes i know it's a tiny bit late), all charts and showdowns are updated also.

Prediction for this weekends 300 Sequel is up also within the weekend report - 4.5m is my prediction for the normal weekend (slighltly less than the first film which was boosted by easter).

Frozen should have been in top 20 weekend #11 was missing, see if corrected for end of week

I was thinking the same. I assumed that Frozen had just been ripped out of theatres or something like that...

ah well it must have had a little bump from the weekend before then ?  nice (does that mean frozen has made it to 35m ?)
