For a movie that cost about $3.85, the production values are outstanding.  Rockwell is also outstanding.  In fact, the film is quite outstanding as well.

Wow how did they do this movie on such a small budget?

 

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Captivates you, interests you, and really grabs you how this corporation treats these clones: humane and inhumane at the same time.
