Watching Agent Carter made me think that since SHIELD recovered Cap from the ice, they must have like loads of Steve Rogers' blood samples. And considering HYDRA was in like half of SHIELD. Well...that's dangerous.

The showrunners have revealed that the Russian psychologist is Johan Fennhoff, aka the Captain America villain Doctor Faustus

I think most people had that one figured out already. They called him Dr. Fennhoff in the very beginning of the SNAFU.  Plus he was reading some paper that had Faustus in the headline. So I guess its more they admitted than a reveal, lol.
