After folks saw how good Cap was, he would have still won the domestic race against any of these films.

And Mango actually films fell short, because tons of people chose Cap instead.. Hes at 708M right now

WOM of Xmen should have prevented Maleficient from being this big Cory. That is obvious.

Don't really get how "X-Men is a good movie" translates into "Let's not see Maleficent" though. The demographics of both films are quite different. I doubt one would affect the other that much.

How so, same kids, women and alot of disney fans will want to  go check out Malificent.

 

That means the film if well attended would affect  Xmen and Godzillas audience  in the later legs. If Malificent

hits 65-70+, its going to put the hurt on our Xmen bigtime though. Still as long as Xmen is well received, this film

can keep right on trucking as long as it doesnt lose too many theaters.  When does  TRF4 debut Skybreaker?

^^ Then whats really going to test the final legs of Godzilla and Xmen14 will be the might

of how to train a Dragon 2.. A film many feel could suprise and break out to 270-300+M domestic.

 

I cant wait to see what the OW is for Dragon in June. Damn!(Keeping my eyes on this one, it looked

fantastic in digital 3D on my large 50-55 foot EPX 3D Showing of Godzilla) Alot of big films to fend off indeed

in May.. I still think Captain 2 is that damn good it would have still gotten to 260-300+M no matter what

was in front of it.. All my friends are saying its still way ahead of Xmen in quality.
