Avengers made 1,66 mill here OW..Thats 60% higher than SM3

Bump for The Intouchables.Debuted at #3 behind Twilight and Bond, then jumped to #1 with a 2nd weekend increase of 14.2% (almost same average pr. theater despite expanding). And #1 this weekend also with only an 11.4% decrease.With an opening take of $528,630 and considering its multiplier in other countries, this could be a real biggie here. Comparing with its take in Sweden (17.5X so far, and still doing good business), we could be looking at at least a 8M end gross. Granted, it started with only $283,775 there in September, but it's still the #4 movie this week!Or I will look like a complete fool when The Hobbit kills its theatercount this weekend.

Scandinavian movie goers continued to come out in droves in 2012, with ticket sales in the Danish market scoring the best result in 30 years. 14.2 million tickets were sold in the tiny Nordic nation (population 5.5 million) last year, just under a third of them (28 percent) going to local-language productions.
