I've only seen Fast 5 and 6, but I remember liking them about the same, I didn't love either, they were both B-'s but I thought they were more or less the same thing, which is fine obviously.

You should give 4 a watch. Less over the top action, more character based story that just happens to have racing in it.

I would be binge watching the Fast and Furious movies right now but that would be sorta rude given I'm with friends and I just lock myself alone in a room.
