I thought BOM count the entire central America region box office for TGM as just Panama?

Panama represent entire Central America in BOM. So, it hasn't defeated Endgame record in Panama.

Why is CA reported as Panama for TGM whereas for JWD its reported as CA? Does it depend on studios?
