Fullbuster
Time Warner Might Be Selling Warner Bros. And DC Comics Bad news for DC fans. The Wrap is reporting that Time Warner, the parent company of Warner Bros. and DC Comics, which are in the early stages of being purchased by AT&T for a whopping $85.4 billion dollars, might sell off the respective properties if the deal fails. It seems that the U.S. government might block the merger from happening. http://www.fortressofsolitude.co.za/time-warner-might-sell-warner-bros-and-dc-comics/ I'm seriously shocked, I didn't expect this at all! DC fans must feel like :

A complete change of direction I guess, the DCEU could go in the trash bin and everything would start from scratch. Apple would be interested apparently, and knowing them I don't see them trying to try what was done before.
Morieris
All this time I thought WB was its own entity like Disney is...hm, learn something new every day. Government's probably going to block it.
Kravetz
If they sell it to Disney, we can see some amazing crossovers. All films not in production will cease and a new phase one integration will emerge. That would be worth violating antitrust.
