Spader was on the top of my list but during rewatching one of the best MCU films, Iron Man 3, the more I think of it, RDJ would nail Hades.

I actually dig all of those choices. IDK about Holland, though, as it's not exactly a big role, and idk if he can sing.

Imo if you go with RDJ, you should go with a significantly less stacked cast like IRL Aladdin since RDJ can sell a ticket on his own like Will

I'd also consider Barret Wilbert Weed for Meg. She has a solid career in stage, she played Janis in the Mean Girls musical and Veronica in the Heather musical. ( @Blankments hates it but I dig it.)
