SchumacherFTW
Yep. Gravity is gonna do huge business on IMAX screens. If I had the money I'd be heading to the Liemax in Crawley to see it. Unfortunately, I only got paid £300 this month.

Heretic
Good opening. $40m should be in play, though it's got a LOT of competition coming up.
SchumacherFTW
Good bump on the first one. I'm going for an outside shot at £30m, or at least £25m

Heretic
The opening also means Thor: The Dark World is already halfway to Thor's entire UK run of £14.04m. — Ian Sandwell (@ian_sandwell) November 3, 2013
SchumacherFTW
Why is that you earn to much? They don't provide help with college courses in the same vein that they do for University. Only help I've managed to get is my fee for this year canceled saving me £1200, but I've still managed to be evicted from my home and don't have any end of living at my mums friends in sight. SchumacherFTW
Funniest thing I've found with Thor this week is that even with much weaker competition compared to the first one, my local cineworld gave TDW LESS screenings than it gave the first! Heretic
Wonder how the double wammy of Gravity and CF will effect it over the next two weeks. For that reason I don't think it has a chance at £30m, especially now since half term is over. I'll say somewhere between £23-26m.
