Sam
I hope they love Pixar more. I hope for the same in China too. China is such a big market, imagine how even bigger Pixar movies could have been if Chinese audience give them a chance. I don't like your country, Olive
Fullbuster
I hope they love Pixar more. No, they don't. It's sad, and I don't understand why...Thankfully MU was the most successful Pixar movie in Russia, so that could be the beginning of a new trend

Nothing comparable to 63 mln tickets of Mackenna's Gold with Gregory Peck.

juni78ukr
First theaters report: R.I.P.D. leads. Pacific Rim is clear second with 62% drop. Turbo is only on 3rd place far behind them. 4th place for White House Down was totally expected. MaybeTurbo will catch up thanks to its crazy high screen count. Still I cant see it winning the weekend with those early numbers.

Sucker Punch
Wait...Russians could watch American movies in Soviet Union? Magnificent Seven was doing gangbusters at Soviet BO. Stagecoach, too. So yea, they could. And I'm guessing selling point for Mackennas Gold was Omar Sharif, not Peck. He was totally hot in those days.
