IndustriousAngel
Spiderman was really huge ... for Germany, that is.Avengers shows good holds and will overtake X-men, but won't get anywhere near SM.The best hold this week was Dark Shadows which stayed nearly flat, still a bit of a disappointment for a Depp-starrer, it will be lucky if it reaches 1 million admissions. IndustriousAngel
Looks like a poor weekend; MiB3 will win the weekend but with less admissions than las week's Dictator.

IndustriousAngel
At the moment the Euro is losing ground against the US-Dollar so it's that much harder to do good USD-numbers.

IndustriousAngel
About half of Germany's population were on their way to Italy yesterday, at least that's how it looked while we mad our cycle tour ... complete traffic jam in the south direction. The other half must have been out BBQing.

Rudolf
MiB2 openened with $15m (add 10% for Austria to compare) and only managed a multiplyer of 2MiB3 has to pay for that.maybe the weather has aggravated the situation

IndustriousAngel
I think so too but don't expect monster legs, a best-case scenario would be a multiplyer of 4 I think, in which case MiB3 will have as many admissions during its complete run as MiB1 and 2 had on their opening weekends ... not exactly overwhelming. On the other hand, this will do ok on DVD/BD and it will make a nice triple pack for collectors so at least it's not a flop for Sony, just disappointing.
