Carlangonz
$121M opening day including previews If it follows: Guardians of the Galaxy 3 - $480M Love & Thunder - $372M Multiverse of Madness - $312M Maybe right in the middle between Guardians and Strange. Won't be as back-loaded as Guardians but WOM seems good enough to catch Thor. 2
Purple Minion
Thanks. So $6.6M OD for Wolverpool, #1 OS market so far.
Carlangonz
Already the largest opening for a C-Rated in lc and will easily be the biggest title ever for the rating. Admissions-wise is pretty much the same and will become the first C rated to cross 10M admissions. Interestingly, in admissions will debut quite similar to the B15 opening record - Joker with 4.5M admissions. Twisters took a dive on screens; the most affected by Deadpool & Wolverine. Inside Out 2 will be $99.4M/24.8M admits by Sunday; wondering what will happen first between $100M and 25M. Carlangonz
Dare to say the biggest showdown for 2026 crown will be between Shrek V and Avengers 5 after that recent crazy announcement. I was confident that, if well-received nothing could top the ogre but now has got a rival.

Carlangonz
Can't tell what Disney is up to with their USD reporting between D&W and IO2. But congrats for Inside Out 2 15 minutes ago, Issac Newton said: $100M in Monday?? Yeah, even if it drops 50% from past Monday will make it.
Purple Minion
I knew Disney wouldn't let IO2 fade on its way to $100M! Fudge is an emotion! Haha probably it had a decent hold this weekend aided by Wolverpool's R rating. DM4's total is $36.7M, 670M-ish lc. Studios tend to hedge FX rates based on market conditions. So its not simple as using the daily rate for BO. if they feel the rates would go down they would pre buy and vice versa when it goes up. 8 minutes ago, Purple Minion said: I knew Disney wouldn't let IO2 fade on its way to $100M!
