They gave it just 6 days of release (this and next weekend) in a good number of theatres. Well, nobody expected big numbers from Dunkirk. Not War films neither "auteur" films do great performances in the country, this one already passed Hacksaw Ridge and is on par with American Sniper. Interstellar and Inception barely made $100M.
